What is your return policy? 

  Eligible products may be returned within 29 calendar days from the day you purchased your order. Please postmark your item(s) within the time frame for return. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.


 How should I package my return?

  We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All item(s) being returned should also be accompanied by original packaging.

  1. Add all unwanted item(s) to box / package.  
  2. A return label from USPS will be provided for you in the package along with your items you will receive. You can place this return label on the package with your return items for a refund. 
  3. If you choose to use your own return method please provide a print out of the order number and the correct product information and include the print out with your return package. If the print out information is not included it can cause a delay on your return.  
  4. If your sending back multiple items from a single order, please pack them all in one parcel.
  5. If you're returning multiple items from multiple orders, please send them in separate packages with separate return labels, one per original order. 


 What if my return is past the 29 days? 

  Any returns postmarked more than 29 days from the order date are ineligible for return, once it is received to our warehouse, it will be automatically shipped back to you or store credit may be issued for sellable items with a restocking fee of 25% deduction from the items purchase price.   


 Does my store credit from my return expire? 

  Never, any store credit issued for a return does not have an expiration date.


 What if I need to exchange for a different size or color? 

  We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s). 


 Can I cancel my order once it is placed? 

  Yes, if a cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped you won't be charged or we can refund the full amount. You can request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with any changes you need. To request to cancel your order, please contact us at  as soon as possible. Please include your order number in the request. We’ll do the best we can to help you cancel before it ships.


 What is your policy for final sales items?

  We are unable to accept final sale item(s) for refunds, exchanges or store credits. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for pierced jewelry, underwear, bikini bottoms and lingerie items.  


 When will I get my refund?

  Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email so you know your refund is on it's way.
