How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all purchases.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of ordering from our Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order has shipped you can expect it to take between 2-10 business days to arrive to you. Please allow an additional 2-3 processing days during sale periods. If you need your item(s) sooner you can choose an expedited shipping method for an additional cost at checkout. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. Expedited orders will be shipped the same day if placed before our cut off time of 12PM PST. We do not process or ship orders on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Sunday delivery. Earth Body is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.
Order Verification
All orders may be subject to order verification. This is to ensure the protection of our customers. We verify every order that ships was authorized by the cardholder. If we put your order on hold we will reach out to you about your order.
How should I choose the best size for me?
We have a size guide that serves as a general guideline to help you. We have a wide range of silhouettes and product categories so each style will have different exact measurements. If you have any questions about a specific style measurements, you can contact us and we will be more than happy to help you find what you need. What is the status of my order?
Once you have received your shipping confirmation e-mail you can click on the tracking link provided to see the status of your delivery. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Any information about back ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email.
What if I receive a damaged item?
If you have received a damage product/s please contact us at care@theearthbody.com and we will process a new order for you.
What if my package is lost?
If this occurs and your package is lost in transit, please send us an email at care@theearthbody.com. We will file a claim and do what we can to take care of it as quickly as possible. -If a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout, or was signed for at delivery, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages.
Where can I use my Earth Body gift card?
Any gift card purchased on www.theearthbody.com is only valid on our official website.

What is your policy for Instagram purchases?
Instagram and Facebook purchase and return policy applies when purchasing on the app. Please read the terms and conditions when purchasing from the app. Returns may be made to the same address provided on our return's page.
Do gift card purchases expire?
Gift cards that are purchased on www.theearthbody.com and store credits issued for a return do not have an expiration date.
I purchased a gift card, am I able to return it?
New! eGift cards can be returned within the return window of 14 days.
